Review on COOLLA by Avishai Menon

I was eager to try COOLLA because of their stylish and reasonably priced apparel, but I was let down by my experience. Although their costs are unquestionably fair, the clothing's quality doesn't seem to be on par. Some of the items I got had thin, cheap-feeling fabric, and after just a few uses, they began to exhibit signs of deterioration. Additionally, despite purchasing in accordance with their sizing chart, some of the items didn't fit perfectly. I tried contacting customer service for assistance with these problems, but the support staff was sluggish to respond. It took several tries before I even received a response, and even then, the remedy they suggested didn't feel adequate. Overall, based on my experience, I wouldn't suggest COOLLA to others. I was dissatisfied with their clothing's poor quality and shoddy customer service, despite their rates appearing to be reasonable.
