Never worked with external components
Ordered so I can switch between my work computer and my PC. Before ordering this switch I confirmed that both computers support dual monitors and more importantly both dual monitors will work. The installation is quite easy. Connected inputs, connected outputs and forward. Except it failed. Checked all cables again. I even went so far as to replace the HDMI cables with known good (and tested) cables. Nothing was displayed on my monitors from either computer. So I sent it back for exchange. Same problem. A great idea. I wish this would work. Find another company to test.
