Ordered so I can switch between my work computer and my PC. Before ordering this switch I confirmed that both computers support dual monitors and more importantly both dual monitors will work. The installation is quite easy. Connected inputs, connected outputs and forward. Except it failed. Checked all cables again. I even went so far as to replace the HDMI cables with known good (and tested) cables. Nothing was displayed on my monitors from either computer. So I sent it back for exchange. Same

I bought this product in March to switch between my 2 MACs and 1 Windows 10. This product is very easy to use. Excellent picture quality in 4K and easy to switch to any of my machines with the included remote control.
