I was really dissatisfied with my recent purchase from JointFlex. The website was simple to use, however the range of medical supplies was disappointing. The fact that the prices were so much more than at my usual drugstore only made things worse. The checkout procedure was slow and annoying for me, and the website constantly timed out while I was trying to complete my purchase. Despite this, I went forward with the acquisition nevertheless. My order arrived significantly later than anticipated, and some items were broken during transit, to my utter dismay. The customer service crew was useless and unresponsive when I contacted them to report the problem. Overall, I was really disappointed with JointFlex and would not recommend it to anyone. Anyone seeking a quick and easy online shopping experience may find it unappealing due to the small range of products, high costs, sluggish checkout process, and bad customer support.
