One of the items arrived with a slightly cracked plastic base. It wasn't worth the rush to return the item so I didn't. The dispenser is made of very cheap thin plastic and has no weight. You basically have to lift the whole block and pull the cup out. The only use of the item is to keep the mugs clean when left on the counter.
