very difficult to use
The product does not work at all. The metal hooks don't hold up, and since the rungs start 3 feet below the window opening, it's very difficult to crawl out the window and use the ladder. Not suitable for children under the age of 10 without a significant risk of slipping or falling down stairs. I would have returned if the return window hadn't closed.
