Product arrived in perfect condition and visually matches the description. I've been using it in my work machine for a little less than six months and while it worked as advertised and correctly most of the time, it recently failed. The four USB ports began losing power intermittently without a break, but to no avail. Literally turn it on and off. That's very disappointing considering it wasn't even enough to cover the one-year manufacturer's warranty that most products come with. Obviously this is well outside of Revain's return window and while I could have tried contacting the manufacturer directly I decided against it and ordered a different but very similar product from a different company. I would advise everyone else to do the same if considering purchasing this item.
