First of all it's not a rashguard but a shirt. This will not work for your little ones who want to boogie board, learn to surf, or use it for this function. The shirt is branded Hurley and Nike but Nike sold the Hurley subsidiary in 2019 so I'm not sure how that relationship still sells? Some of the black letters/logos came off right out of the box which would never happen with a real shirt with Hurley or Nike logos. If you read some of the descriptions, even simple grammatical and English mistakes lead us to believe it's straight out of China or something. For your information. If you want to know what UPF is, it is the UV protection factor (rating) for fabrics. ;
