Edit: I am not writing this new review about this product, although I like it, I am writing this new review about the company's customer service. That was my experience with this company, I think the company really cares about the little guy. Revain refunded me for the old product (Thermal Circulation Foot Massager, Calf and Thigh Compression Massager) and then the company quickly contacted me and offered me a new product or a product of my choice. I chose a branded massage chair. What a good product. A massage chair is good for driving, or if you work in an office and are sitting at your desk, a chair is the right choice. But be careful because it's really relaxing, so don't fall asleep at work or while driving. Thermal heating, air compression and lower back vibration are great. But what I really like about my experience is the company's willingness to make sure I'm a happy customer. I brought this product because my husband was 6ft 6" in one of the reviews, I'm 6ft 7" and I needed something that would fit my height. The best thing about this product is the calf print, it's great and the thigh comes next because I'm a tall person. But what I need is something for my feet, I wear a size 14 and as a social worker I walk a lot on my feet. The pressure on my legs is terrible. Then there is no heat as advertised. Me and make sure you read the fine print because there is no turning back. I would not have brought this product if I had known that a return is not possible. So give this product two stars. No pressure on feet, no heat and no withdrawal are the cons of this product.
