
I like that you can send an email with your workout program, so if my gym doesn't have the equipment or machine you want me to use then it's easy for them to add it by sending over the link from phydemo! It is very helpful in giving exercise programs without having to go through all the hassle of going to the gym myself. If they don't have what i need there, it will be easier for them to get it sent over rather than doing everything themselves. Sometimes when you're working out at home you do miss being able to see everyone doing their own thing. But this helps because now we are all together doing our workouts as a team. We've also been able to share tips and tricks about how to work each muscle group better which has helped us continue to make progress towards getting back into shape after pregnancy!
