The inlet gasket is not the same as the OEM.
Install this carburetor on a 179cc snow thrower the other day. I got up with no problems, but the intake manifold gasket was not included with the carburetor. The intake manifold gasket that was sent to me was not metal. Has anyone used a gasket in a carburetor kit and if so how did the block fare? There were problems? I'm wondering if I can use a shim shim and put another shim on top.
