Ear pads can be taken out and cleaned (common paralon). Good materials and a very reliable design. No tangles form in the wire. With its drawbacks: The audio is adequate. For conversations it will do, but if you want to listen to music at lunchtime or in the background - very mediocre. The microphone should have had a windscreen.
