This holder holds both your phone and your GoPro! The box had very good diagrams and instructions on how to put the two pieces together and connect them to my bike's handlebars. Part can be removed to fit my bike's larger diameter handlebars. It was very quick and easy to remove the extra spacer and attach it to my bike. I can easily attach my 4K Action Camera from the front with the supplied screw. When I place my iPhone on the phone holder and press down, the frame activates to grip the phone and pressing the sides releases the phone. It's nice to have a phone that I can use to see if someone is texting me or calling me when I'm out. I feel the phone is very secure in this mount and would highly recommend it.
