Review on Enhance Your Cycling Experience with Topeak BarXtender Handlebar Extender by Justin Garcia

In theory I really like this extension and I'll try again, but it's too easy to overtighten. I installed it and it seemed tight enough, but it has loosened over time. I put it on once and over time it loosened up again. I decided to take it apart and put it back on with some kind of threadlocker, but upon inspection I found it wasn't actually a loose clamp screw; the hole in the strap through which the screw goes has lengthened due to over-tightening. When I tried to put it back on I tried not to overtighten but I did and the band broke. I think the clip needs to be redone but I'm not sure how. Nevertheless, I bought a new one. As I said, I like it very much in theory and I hope that this time I can manage not to overdo it.
