I've ordered this before and it worked fine. However, this time I found a puddle of water leaking from the filter (which often froze as it was on top of the freezer in the bottom drawer). It took me a month to find the source until I finally bought and installed the official Samsung filter and the puddle stopped appearing. If we compare them, then Mist has one seal on the filter neck, while Samsung has two. . Hence the risk of leakage. Since the Samsung is almost three times as expensive and I now know what to look out for, I will probably continue to buy it. But I'll be ready to lick! Edit: I've had a real Samsung installed for five months now and just today I discovered a new puddle of water on the freezer. Even the Samsung seems to be leaking, albeit a little less. Or is my leak elsewhere. Who knows.
