I've had mine since just before Christmas. I wanted to replace a tired 24" screen with a 27" to fit my iMac's screen size. The 27" I bought was sold out. There were 3 of them tucked under a folding table. $189 + tax at Wally World. It's BIG, fun with my laptop connected to both screens. The brightness is good, the Color is not bad I would like qhd but for such a price the curve is just right not to distract but to be useful the only thing I have to complain about is the buttons are bad and the button for the backlight stays on when you put your computer to sleep, well at least on my laptop, I just connected it to my iMac via Thunderbolt to see how it works, however if you have a 5 year old monitor and If you would like an inexpensive upgrade, you are welcome to do so.
