I installed this camera on my 2007 Jeep Cherokee. A little tricky to install as the number plate is on the tailgate but well worth it. Installation would be much easier on a regular sedan or pickup truck with a license plate on the bumper. The image on the display is excellent; and the display is in the rearview mirror, which is an added bonus. The display unit attaches to a regular rear view mirror with elastic rubber bands (very easy and secure) and in the case of the Jeep gave me an even wider mirror view. When the reversing camera is displayed, it only takes up part of the mirror, so much of the normal view is preserved, which is much more convenient and safer than a completely different display located on or on the dashboard. By touching the "M" button at the bottom of the display, the backup grid lines can be removed or added as desired. I'll ask the seller for an extra front camera to use when I'm in a narrow parallel parking space. This camera display is accessed via the "AV" button located next to the "M" button.
