Ideal for leftover rice

Friends in Asia advise me never to refrigerate leftover rice. It must be frozen. These small containers are perfect for freezing white rice after it has cooled, keeping them closed on the countertop. It is really important! Too bad they came in larger sizes!

Pros

Place cooked rice in a container and freeze. When you eat, take it out of the freezer and let it melt in the microwave at 700W for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
