Absolutely wonderful for my weak hands

I bought this because I have trouble slicing raw sweet potatoes. It makes it so easy that I've been looking for excuses to shorten it. I literally can't accidentally cut myself unless I put my finger in it on purpose. Maybe I just don't know what vulnerabilities are because I haven't happened to see them before, but for now it seems like the safest option I've had hands disabled with arthritis and fibromyalgia for years. It folds nice and flat and doesn't take up much space in the drawer I put it in. Thanks for that, I've had issues with knives for years because sometimes my hands don't do what I tell them to. and drop things more often. I wish I had ordered this many years ago. The only improvement I could suggest is a larger drip tray for the things you are cutting because sometimes they tip onto the floor, at least a higher back would be helpful to prevent the accidental piece from tipping over. on the bottom of the bowl. And more intuitive instructions on the back to tell you exactly how your blades are set up inside when you want to do more than just cut. Maybe I didn't have enough time to figure out what I was doing with it, but I'm always glancing back and forth in the holes to see which blades failed. Overall, this is one of the best things I've bought. for my kitchen in years and was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this, especially if you are having power or grip issues in your hands. With this thing, you won't be afraid to cook again.
