Almost 90 days since using this mount. Samsung Galaxy victory. The only drawback so far is the rubber seal. It's clear they're glued, but the glue holding them doesn't work. 1 of 4 rubber pads lost in the field. So overall 4 out of 5 stars. April 2016 update. Approximately two years of use. During those two years I had only two problems. 3M rubber pads which were my initial problem in early 2014. Slipped, didn't keep my phone in place, lost them. I contacted Reticam, they gave me a set of extra rubber pads. That's great of you. I don't think they are reliable so I lost them somewhere. So I only buy rubber phone cases. This issue has been resolved. Problem 2. The handle on the screw broke in February 2016. Due to damage, I discovered that this part is plastic. At first I thought everything was metal except for the 3M rubber pads. Well I've decided to contact Reticam again, maybe it's because the warranty has expired? It took weeks for them to respond. They sent a replacement even though it was out of warranty. Update February 2018: This replacement handle and bolt they sent out in 2016 broke late 2016. No latch but a handle on top. Without a handle, the bolt opens a hole that can be adjusted with a T25 hex screwdriver. The 3M adhesive pads and the non-metallic plastic handle are confirmed as weak points of the Reticam attachment. I still use this mount very heavily to this day. Update Nov 2018 Just noticed after seeing a fake Ulanzi here on Revain copying it in detail. Also Reticam changed the white font on newer versions and also added a case to this list. Oddly enough, I still use my mount. 6 phones in 4 years, gone through lost rubber pads including replacement and plastic latch grip. 2 months.
