These replacement parts are cheap and they work. I wish they would have lasted a little longer but we have a lot of dust and pollen in our home in our area. I can tell the difference when I put in new filters. And honestly, I'm glad they don't cost $50 or so. I keep a backup of the filters and replace the backups. They last about three months, which is a decent amount of time. I have two of these cleaners at home so $80 a year to keep things nice. In addition, these filters do not let any unpleasant odors through. If the room smells bad I just turn the air purifier on full power and after 10 minutes the smell is gone. I'm always afraid our house will smell like musty pets, but these filters work! People don't even know we have pets! We bought some extra filters this morning as we had to stay home to avoid the smoky madness! They turned brown within three days so I know they worked to keep the air smoke free! 10/10 recommend! love the purifier and love the filters.
