The most useful feature is being able to keep tabs of my clients, their activities as well as having access to all information regarding them through one place. I also like how easy it was to use this software because there were no problems at first or any learning curve needed! There are not many things i dislike about activity manager but if you have never used an online booking system before then be prepared for some initial confusion with setting up your account etc. It took me less than 5 minutes from signing in to actually using AM once logged into my dashboard so nothing really stands out here except maybe ease-of-use/user friendliness. We're looking forward to working more directly with our customers via digital means rather than by phone which will save us time and money while still allowing us to stay connected throughout each day.
