Alternator has been running great for 2 months now. Installation is difficult due to the Toyota Tundra's complex access design (installation took about 3 hours without removing any major components as some might suggest - YouTube for example). The generator constantly receives an output voltage of 13.6 to 14.1 volts, measured with a permanently connected cigarette lighter voltmeter. I also like the higher output current in case I need additional electrical loads in the future (like a wench, high power stereo or whatever I decide in the future).
