very cheap doesn't last £300

I really liked how easy this chair was to assemble and use. However, I spent less than a week in the shower and the chair's lightweight tubular back structure broke. He claims to hold 300 pounds, but he severed my femur and left me in the shower and bleeding (I'm 205). I have attached photos in hopes that the manufacturer will replace it and perhaps reinforce the joints of this chair.
