Not quite right, but I hope for the future!
The 23 gallon bag is about 4 gallons larger than the biodegradable bag container that the New York City Department of Health and Human Services recently distributed to all New Yorkers. Consider designing and selling this slightly smaller (19 gallon) version of their line of compostable bags. Let me know if BioBag America will consider my thoughtful request.
