Got this for my Miata with Momo which I already had fitted. First things first, you will need a bushing specific to your vehicle in order for it to fit. But it was very easy for my momo hub that I already had installed. The only thing I had to change was the rubber cap/sleeve that fits around the Momo hub as it pushed against the rubber sleeves when installing the quick release - making it terribly difficult to turn around to free yourself. Cut the stem a bit and it will work just fine. Second, this quick release works with momo wheels and momo horn knobs, you may need to remove a part from the quick release first. There is a large ring inside the part that attaches to the real steering wheel. Just pull it out and you can easily install it. You just have to keep using the thin silver plate that originally came with the Momo wheel for the horn. In addition, I applied white lithium grease to the steering wheel. Flanges on the side of the eccentric wheel for easier operation. But so far I haven't had to make any changes (like loops) to an actual NRG product like others have done. Works perfectly and I can easily operate the quick release with one hand.
