I needed a solution that would allow me to use Google Chat for conferencing without a headset. I don't like it when I can't hear what's going on around me for long periods of time. Also, I didn't want to invest a lot of money in something that will only be used a few times a week. I found it, bought it and did a clearance sale. It's simple, affordable, and very portable when needed. There was no setup for me, I just opened the package and plugged it into my computer. As soon as I opened Google Chat to make a call, it was already recognized, Skype found it automatically. The voice quality is decent, but you might want to consider putting it on something that lifts it towards you a bit when you speak. This being the only complaint I've had from others is that it's hard to hear me when the device is on the back of a desk. Just put it on a small box microphone closer to your voice and you'll be fine.
