Installation is very easy and does not take up as much space as competing products and the water quality is very good. My meter shows 162 for raw water and 6 for reverse osmosis. Overall a very good product but.1. The cold water faucet is plastic and the threads didn't get caught. Violently and it leaked. There is no leakage and I can also turn off the reverse osmosis water if necessary.2. The filters on my device cannot be removed without tools. It seems to be a general complaint. I tried calling Whirlpool but gave up after waiting forever. Otherwise I would give 5 runs.
