The ease of use and the ability to customize the system to fit your needs. We are able to see all of our patients in one place and can easily access their information. The system has been able to help us streamline our workflow and has allowed us to have a better relationship with our patients. - It makes everything so simple!.I liked using case tracker because i felt more organized when entering patient data into there.It was very helpful not having too many open tabs while working but still being productive within other windows..The customer
