Very good quality. No complaints, but here's a real-world size comparison. I'm 5'11 1/2", 155 pounds and not particularly muscular, although with a 31" abs and 39" chest I think the "V" is obvious. I have a bad conscience if the dimensions don't speak for themselves. But in general I am not an HGH product and I work a lot in the gym. And all medium sized jerseys fit me well, except for the PI Pro jerseys which are incredibly small. So I took her sizing guide and went for the "Asian" size ML. It's about 2-3 inches longer than all my other medium sized jerseys and the fit is definitely loose which is ok in summer so I'm not sending the item back but I will order a regular fit next time. I suspect men in my slim frame are more "Asian" than these people think. I hope you can use these numbers and my information and buy these jerseys that seem to be as good as any non-premium jersey. But I only bought Specialized, Pearl Izumi and Bondourant. This is my first experience with another brand, but the product is actually worth twice the price considering other brands' price of $100++. Long-term use will indicate more quality, but this first impression is only for size, so it can save you time. Much luck.
