I don't understand why this antenna performs better than any other antenna. I ended up buying this antenna instead of Autozone's which was $10 and had it on hand at the time because it's stiffer than them and I didn't want my antenna to bend back in the wind and stay in that position. because it's just a ghetto. got this for my jeep and i specifically picked it because i saved about $3 compared to the jeep. They are universal and fit almost every car. If not, an adapter is included, so it's fine. happy with it
