I like that it has all of my employee data in one place, so we don't have to go through each department looking for what they need! It is very user friendly - super simple set up/use process once implemented which makes things easier across our organization as well (we are spread out geographically).
The integration between HRIS platforms was not seamless enough from an administrative standpoint at this time; however there were some improvements made over recent months within their product team's development cycle such that these issues should be resolved soonish going forward -- just keep your eye open :) Benefits Administration & Support / Payroll Reporting System Integration With A PEO Account Manager On Staff.
