The quality of this stand is good. It's pretty easy to clean, especially if you spray it with PAM or some other cooking spray first. This shelf is huge. I have a large green egg and it takes up most of the cooking space. It can hold 6 racks of ribs if your grill is big enough for it. I usually cut the ribs in half, then it turns out 3 racks. My only complaint about it is that the grill is so wide that the ribs sit straight between the wire. If it were a little narrower then it would be perfect. I also smoked some pork drumsticks on it. It holds it well and makes it easy to move around. I put two 4lb cigarette butts in this rack and it held them perfectly. When you compare it to the more expensive shelves I've seen in stores and online this is a good buy that does what you want at a good price. Price.
