Well, I've recently started baking cupcakes and this is a must! The first thing I noticed upon opening the package was that it was the perfect size. It feels good in the hand and is not too big. I love the color red and it's easy to find in my drawer when I need it. It comes in two sizes and the one I use the most is the smaller size. I love using strawberry filling in my cupcakes and it's a lot quicker and easier than cutting a hole by hand. The hole comes out very clean and I would say very professional. I've never had this and the first time I tried it I just put it in my cupcake and squeezed it, of course it didn't work. After reading the instructions I felt so stupid for doing everything wrong! You have to push down and flip, so I collect the cake and then pull up. You will see the center of your cupcake in the transparent part, then click to pop the cupcake to start the next one. It doesn't take long at all to make 24 cupcakes. I know when making large cupcakes, a larger piece comes in handy. I would definitely buy it again and maybe I'll get it as a gift for my mom who loves to bake. I found it very easy to clean and put it in the dishwasher with no problems. I just love it!
