I thought this would be a good project for me. I have no way of contacting Lavin the seller, this mechanical arm is powered by Arduino board and software so I contacted Robotime who also handles this product. After numerous emails and screenshots, they informed me that there is a wrong chip on the board. It was very frustrating. The accompanying CD was written in 2013. I still can't reach Lavin. I am 65 years old with a disability from Parkinson's disease and would like to complete this kit.
