Very pretty but wish the rhinestones were on the back of the harness and not on the chest so they would be visible. The rhinestones can only be seen when the dog is standing on its hind legs. I don't think it's leather. Feels more like heavy felt, but I could be wrong. A small bone with rhinestones on a leash fell off on the first day. It fits my 7 lb Yorkie well once you figure out how to put it on properly which can be tricky. All in all, it served its purpose; I needed a harness to wear a puppy dress to a charity dinner in her honor.
