The software is very easy to use and it's intuitive interface allows you to manage all of your contacts with ease! I love how quickly my list grows when using this tool because of its ability to reach out to people who are looking for what we have to offer (our product). That said, sometimes there can be delays in getting responses back from customers after they receive our emails about their orders or inquiries. We also had issues of sending duplicate messages within the system as well. It was difficult tracking down those errors at times. If you're wanting something simple but capable to help grow your business then this may fit perfectly into your needs!
