I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. The building materials are strong and durable. It doesn't wobble or anything like that. It has a smooth texture that won't hurt your phone, but it's also non-sticky silicone so it won't collect dust (easy to clean). The adjustment ball is strong and won't move when you remove or install the phone. The magnets are strong enough to keep the phone in place but not too strong to make removal difficult. It comes with a USB-C power adapter, so everything is ready to go right out of the box. The only wish is that the USB-C cable is detachable. It loads well too.
