Great device but don't rely on Indian tech support

This will be my second FWG114P to buy. Netgear has a great device. combined print server/FireWall solution. I found it easy to set up and maintain. We recommend updating the software to the latest version. just before setting. Once you have configured your device to your liking. Don't forget to save your settings! Now an overview. My experience with Netgear wireless devices lasts only 2-3 years. I used to have an FR114W with a wireless adapter. it was good for almost 3 years (2004). I called customer service and after days/weeks later calling INDIA tech support and 3 RMAs later I finally got a new product not a refurbished after complaining! I chose the FWG114P and left the FR114W as a backup. Thank God, otherwise I wouldn't be able to write this review today. Great device so far. Here, too, the radio component failed after 2 years. INDIA Technical Support has challenged to start the RMA carousel. After a few blind moves including rebooting the workstation, router, unplugging power from the wall and connecting to the ISP, and finally flashing to the latest software (this must be a script, the engineers I worked with were clueless) and 2 1/2 hours later they discovered that the unit had just gone bad and an RMA was eventually issued. I really like the product but I don't expect support in India and don't expect the device to last more than 2-3 years. A note. Once done, play with India's support and if you fail. REQUIREMENT! "NASHOR Level 2 Support”. It will be sent to California. Here you have a better chance of resolution. I have less than 30 mins and I received an RMA. If anyone knows of another print server/fw multifunction device like this please reply, I would recommend switching to a more reliable device.
