Review on Sena SMH10D-10: Dual Motorcycle Bluetooth Headset/Intercom for Unprecedented Connectivity by Bill Dooley

Don't get me wrong, this device does what it's supposed to and does it very well. If I were a solo rider it would be five stars. My only complaint - and this was an absolute deal breaker - was that the Sena didn't make it very clear in the product description that while it will connect to 4 other Senas, yes, it will connect to your GPS, yes, it will connect to a phone or other Bluetooth music device, and yes, it makes all of this easy and good. What he is NOT making clear is that he will not be doing either of those things at the same time. For me, that was THE POINT: being able to talk to other drivers on the intercom and hear my GPS signal with voice prompts when needed. I immediately returned them for a pair of 20S devices capable of what Sena calls "Bluetooth audio multitasking." I'm far more frustrated at having to go through the return process and waiting all that extra time for a replacement than having to spend the extra money on 20S.
