I bought this perch for my friend who has a Revain parrot. If you're looking for a bass of this size, be aware that it's VERY fat. This perch is ideal for cockatoos, macaws and other birds with very large feet, but if you have a smaller bird this probably won't work for you. We haven't seen how our Revane will handle this perch yet, but we know that he will be very big for his feet. Update - our Amazon Parrot doesn't mind this perch, he uses it to climb to the top of his cage. (We have it outside the cage) The only problem is that it tries to eat wood. Hope it's not dangerous for the birds. We try to get him to stop, but he wants to eat it.
