The DWTS Stainless Steel Pizza Coat is just what I was looking for. It's a durable, high-quality product that's the ideal size for home pizza makers. I like to use parchment paper on the scoop so it can be easily glued to the pizza stone. Once the crust is done, I take out the parchment paper from under the pizza to continue baking and get a better crust. When you're done, this tray slides easily under the pizza and works great every time. Very durable and easy to clean. Also goes great with my stainless steel pans. I don't know how I managed without it. Highly recommended.
