My husband works outside in all types of weather and sometimes his feet get so wet when it's taking that his boots and shoes are draining wet. We decided on these so he doesn't have to wear wet work boots. It's made of very durable plastic that can withstand heat. It's easy to assemble, no tools required. It's very easy to use. Just simply place shoes or boots on the tubes and turn the dial. By the time the timer dial counts down the boots are completely dry. It's well worth the money paid for this to be able to always have a dry pair of shoes.
