The item arrived too big. It should be 0.500 inch or slightly less. It was 0.508 inches.
The item came oversized. It should be 0.500 inch or slightly less. It was 0.508 inches. Being all plastic I was able to pop it in my drill and grind it down to size, but you'll need at least a pair of calipers to make sure you're the same diameter all over the shaft. I don't have to fix a new part.
