I've had connection issues every time but the cable guy and my geek never had a problem going somewhere else so this may be a girl thing. I have converted many of my old VHS tapes to DVD and it's great to find exactly what I'm looking for. It's a bit difficult for a girl/old woman like me to figure out how to use, play and edit, but once I took the time to learn it was worth the time. The fact that I can play it on my computer is worth every second! I'm still learning how to edit as it saves space when burning DVDs and you can burn more if you're careful. I am very satisfied with this product. Of course, I love the fact that it can also play my DVDs and VCRs.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Compatibility
