Very easy to install, my wife likes it. Installed in minutes, the only problem was connecting to a very old plumbing line at home. Found the right connections at Ace Hardware and installed them in 20 minutes. BUT the device stopped working after 10 days. One of the three water lines in the unit has twisted and the water flow has stopped. The fishing line is crimped in 2 places, each near the end of the tube. The internal structures that bend the line to connect it to the valves are in a very poorly designed guideway that compresses the line and stops the flow of water. After several trips to the gear to replace a good line, I found that the newly installed line was crimped like the other. Completely unable to solve the problem, the woman is disabled. What should I do?
