Weak plastic on parts and accessories
The plastic plug snapped into the screwdriver slot when installed and now I have a partially installed part that cannot be removed without destroying the back. Because the pump is not set to the correct pressure, I now have a Reddy heater that is not working due to poor quality parts. Are we subject to such mediocrity? Should I start selling rotten vegetables to my customers and move on? Heck, I just wanted a simple piece that would do a simple task and it didn't work out. Now I have to swap the back. Beware of mediocre, inferior parts, here I am again!
