Very good customer support. Helpful with regard to our specific needs and concerns.Easy integration into Salesforce. Easy setup and use of the system. I would say that it's not fully integrated with Salesforce yet, but their team is working hard at making this happen. The product itself is great! I have been able to create a platform where my global sales team can view all current customers so we can identify opportunities across the globe. This has allowed us to be much more proactive in our follow up. It also allows us to see the status of each opportunity and follow up as needed. The reporting functionality could be better. But overall, it works very well. I do wish that there was an easier way to sync contacts between partners, and I'd like to be able to add notes directly to the contact instead of having to go back to the account. We are able to.
