User Friendly Platform & Excellent Customer Service

I like how user friendly it is! The platform was easy to navigate with all of my team members having access to this product at their fingertips. We were able to see what our performance has been month over month. It also allowed us to create custom reports that gave us more insight into where we can improve moving forward. The customer support team at Channnelvalue are very helpful when it comes to solving any issues that arise throughout our implementation process with them! Great Customer Support for Excellent Product

Very good customer support. Helpful with regard to our specific needs and concerns.Easy integration into Salesforce. Easy setup and use of the system. I would say that it's not fully integrated with Salesforce yet, but their team is working hard at making this happen. The product itself is great!
