Review on ChannelValue by Eric Pruett

I like how user friendly it is! The platform was easy to navigate with all of my team members having access to this product at their fingertips. We were able to see what our performance has been month over month. It also allowed us to create custom reports that gave us more insight into where we can improve moving forward. There are some minor changes needed but nothing major. This program is helping me track data from one place instead of looking up info each time i need something. The ability to see what we are doing right or wrong when it comes to our partnership with customers - this way of reporting has really improved over time! I like that there have been many upgrades since launch making things better all along so far but still not perfect yet!! It would be good if they could add more features such us; direct email campaigns etc which can sometimes get lost within their system once set up properly..
